Returns and exchanges for our tambour and wood panel products must adhere to specific guidelines. Products cannot be returned without prior approval and must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The following conditions render products ineligible for return and credit:

Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To receive credit for stock products, the product must be received in a re-sellable condition.
