Domestic Shipping

All Harmony orders ship free via FedEx within the 48 contiguous United States.

🚚 Tambour Panels — $25 Flat Rate
A flat $25 shipping fee applies to all Tambour orders within the continental USA.

📦 MDF Radius Corners — From $45
Shipping calculated by destination. If freight exceeds $45, a separate quote will be emailed after your order is placed.

International Orders

We ship worldwide on most products. A minimum charge of 30% of the order total applies to international shipping. If actual costs exceed this amount, we'll contact you before processing.

• Customs, duties, and tariffs are the responsibility of the recipient
• Canada and all international orders are subject to import fees
• If your country doesn't appear at checkout, we're unable to ship there

Returns & Exchanges

All returns require prior approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before sending anything back. Call 866-687-8746 to speak with Customer Service and request your RGA.

Products are NOT eligible for return if they:

• Have visible markings or are altered in any way
• Have been exposed to excessive sunlight or moisture
• Have primer, stain, or job site damage
• Are returned more than 60 days after the invoice date

Important Return Conditions

• Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and subject to a 20% restocking fee
• Products must be received in resellable condition to receive credit
• Custom orders are not returnable under any circumstances
• If items arrive damaged due to poor repackaging, no credit will be issued
• Do not return items in original packaging without inspecting first — additional cushioning or wrapping may be needed to prevent damage in transit
