Returns and exchanges for our tambour and wood panel products must adhere to specific guidelines. Products cannot be returned without prior approval and must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. The following conditions render products ineligible for return and credit:
- Have visible markings
- Are altered in any manner
- Exposed to excessive sunlight or moisture
- Contaminated with primer, stain, or subjected to job site damage
- Returned after 60 days from the invoice purchase date
Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To receive credit for stock products, the product must be received in a re-sellable condition. Custom Orders are not returnable under any circumstances. If returned products arrive damaged due to insufficient repackaging, no credit will be processed. It is crucial that items are not returned in their original packaging without a thorough inspection, as additional cushioning or wrapping may be necessary to prevent return shipment damage.
