3. When installing the panels, leaving small gaps between them is essential. A helpful guide is to ensure these gaps are roughly the thickness of two stacked business cards. Allowing these small spaces is crucial as the wood expands naturally and contracts post-installation.

5. Returned after 60 days from the invoice purchase date

Returns are F.O.B. Buyer and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. To receive credit for stock products, the product must be received in a re-sellable condition. Custom Orders are not returnable under any circumstances. If returned products arrive damaged due to insufficient repackaging, no credit will be processed.
